The large kitchen has a built in breakfast nook, newer appliances and a large gas cooktop with 4 burners, a griddle and indoor grill. Bedroom 3 is located just outside the kitchen door. Here you will enjoy your own separate entrance, direct access to the pool deck and private ensuite bathroom. There are ceiling fans in all common area rooms and every bedroom as well as central heat and AC.

With the property being situated on the corner of two quiet streets, you will feel like you are in your own private garden with mature native and non native vegetation. Filled with one of a kind sculptures thru out the property, there are joyful surprises around every corner.
